Low Fat Hamburgers
beef, low-fat, sandwiches

1/2 lb 7% fat ground beef
1 dash salt and pepper
2 light hamburger buns
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoon mustard
1 small tomato, sliced
2 slice onion
1 lettuce
Divide ground beef into two patties. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil to desired doneness. Toast buns. Assemble with desired garnishes.
Serve with my Fat Free "French Fry" Slices
Two burgers: 270 calories each; 8 g fat.
