Low Fat Meatloaf
beef, low-fat, main dish
1/2 lb 7% fat ground beef
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 egg white
1/2 small carrot; peeled and sliced
2 tablespoon onion
1/3 cup bread crumbs
Recipe by: Misty Simon. Mix ground beef, ketchup, worcestershire and egg white. Place carrots and onions in food processor and process very fine. Add carrots, onions and bread crumbs to the meat mixture.
Pack mixture into a mini loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into 6 slices.
3 servings, 2 slices each. Each serving has 180 calories and 5 grams of fat.
