Low-cal Dill Dip
appetizer, dips, low-cal, low-fat
1 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions w/tops
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Whisk together yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir in onions,parsley,dill,celery salt and onion powder. Refrigerate until chilled Two tablespoons contain 40 calories.
