Mock Caesar Salad - Daley


cheese/eggs, italian, low-fat, salad

2 centiliter garlic; peeled and minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cup belgian endive
6 cup romaine lettuce; torn
1/8 teaspoon black pepper; freshly cracked
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese; grated
1 1/3 cup tomato; chopped
