Raddiatore W/broccoli And Chicken

1 lb raddiatore; cook al dente
1/2 lb broccoli florets; cooked
1 tablespoon oil
3 centiliter garlic; minced
1 lb chicken breasts; strips
4 oil-pk sun-dried tomatoes; drain, chop
1 salt and pepper
1 parmesan cheese; grated or
1 toasted bread crumbs

In oil saute garlic and chicken strips until brown. Add a bit of water. Cover and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, broccoli and pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve with Parmesan; or to save more fat grams, serve with toasted bread crumbs. Source: Lightly Ethnic
