Beef Sirloin Steak, Marinated - Korean Bulgogi Lc-5.9/s

1 lb beef sirloin steak; cut into thin strips
2 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs sherry, cooking
2 tbs Splenda, bulk
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 medium onion
2 clove garlic; 2-3
1 tsp pepper
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.
It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always double it.
