Pepperoni 'chips' Snack
appetizer- snack, ethnic- italian, meat- sausage
4 oz Pepperoni sausage; thinly sliced
Lay slices on baking paper in a shallow microwave tray. Heat for a minute or two. They come out really crisp and are great to use with dips, low carb, of course.
