Grilled Beef Round Steak, Korean Lc-3.3/s

4 pounds beef round steak, thick cut; /sirloin tip roast, trimm
----MARINADE:----
10 medium scallion; minced
3 clove garlic; minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Accent® seasoning mix; Optional
3 tablespoons sesame seeds; toasted
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons peanut oil; or vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Splenda, granular
Mix marinade ingredients together in glass jar. Shake well. Cut meat into 1/8-inch thick slices; pound to tenderize. Place meat and marinade in large zip-lock plastic bag. Seal; shake and turn to mix ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Before grilling, drain excess moisture. Place a wire rack over top of grill; lay meat strips on top of rack. (Or thread strips on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.) Grill over medium coals (meat cooks very quickly---5-8 minutes). Turn once. Serve hot or cold.
