egg, egg- omelet
2 large egg
1 oz cream cheese; softened; approximate
1/2 tsp Splenda, granular; 'a little'
1 tsp vanilla
----- Topping: -----
2 tbs sour cream; approximate;
1/2 tsp Splenda, bulk; to taste
2 tsp almonds; toasted, approximate
Mix 1st 4 ingredients ( whip it up with my hand-held blender) and pour into fry pan with Pam spray. When eggs are still partly runny on top finish in broiler till done- golden brown and puffy. Then serve with splenda sweetened sour cream and a sprinkle of toasted almonds. The original recipe says tastes like french toast and you will think you are in epicurean heaven. My husband says it tastes like a Danish but he says it's a girl thing.
