Mom's Curry Tomato Sauce


dips, low-cal, poultry, sauce

1 medium green pepper
2 small hot peppers
2 large onions
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon garam marsala
1/2 teaspoon corriander
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 can tomatoes(diced)796ml
1 dash of salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 small stalks of celery

Fry green peppers, onions, garlic, celery, and hot peppers. add can of tomatoes and spices. Let simmer 45 mins. Serve with chicken or chill and use as a salsa for chips. Posted to the mm-recipes mailing list by Johanne Alton jopete@odyssee.net
