Quiche, Texas Lc-3.5/s
egg- quiche
1 can (04 oz) green chiles, chopped
1 pound Cheddar; grated
6 large egg
*You can also use jalapeno cheese.
Preheat oven to 350F. Place chopped chiles and eggs in a mixing bowl; mix with a fork or wire whisk until well blended. Combine with cheese.
Pour into a greased 8-inch-square baking dish. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool. Cut into small squares and serve.
NOTES : When doubling the recipe, use a 10x15x2 inch dish.
