2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 pinch (.1 g) Splenda, bulk
3 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon wondra; /rice flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch (.5 g) baking soda
* I have also substituted oat bran for the wheat germ and soya flour for the rice flour
