1 tbs butter; melted
2 tbs Parmesan cheese; freshly grated
1 large egg
1 tbs whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350º. Butter an individual ramekin, then dust with 1/2 the cheese. Break egg into ramekin and cover with cream. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake 10-15 minutes until white is set.
