1 bag (20 oz) Brussels sprouts, frozen, Safeway
2 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 dash salt and pepper
Place sprouts in a microwave safe container with ~2 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 9 minutes (or less). Drain, add butter & stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt & pepper.
