1/4 cup whey powder, plain
1/8 cup Just Whites
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 packet splenda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cream, heavy
3 large egg
1/8 cup water
3 tablespoon almond oil

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix all liquid ingredients in large bowl; combine all ingredients and mix with hand mixer for one minute. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.This bread slices like regular bread. Makes 1 loaf. Slice into 8 thick slices.
