Quiche, Sausage & Swiss Mini Lc-3.9/s

4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup cream, heavy
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion; sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large egg
1/4 cup black olive; chopped
1 ounce smoked sausage link
4 ounce Swiss cheese; shredded

Chop onion and add to cream cheese, cream, mayo, and salt. Stir in heavy pan until cheese melts. Chop olives and sausage and set aside. Beat eggs and stir in olives, sausage, and cheese. Add mixture from saucepan and mix well. Pour into well greased small muffin pans. Fill each pan to the top. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
