Omelet, Spinach Cilantro Lc1.5
egg- omelet, herbs, veg- spinach
1/2 pkg (10 oz) spinach, frozen; cooked, drained well
4 oz cream cheese; diced
1 clove garlic; minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tbs cilantro; chopped
1/2 cup jack cheese; shredded
10 large egg
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 8 individual baking dishes or ramekins. Combine all ingredients and divide between dishes. Bake 20 minutes or until center is solid and puffy.
