Pancakes, Soy Protein Isolate
bread- pancake & waffle
1/4 cup soy protein isolate; /soy flour
1 large egg
2 tbs cream
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbs oil
1 tbs water; to thin
Mix everything together until pancake batter consistency. Cook like regular pancakes and eat with butter and lowcarb syrup. They’re delicious and a little thinner than regular pancakes.
