4 half (06 oz) chicken breasts, bnls, sknls
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs Dijon mustard, Grey Poupon
1 tsp maple extract
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and maple. Brush the chicken with 1/2 of the mixture and broil 8 to 10 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with remaining mixture.
