1/3 cup water
2 packet Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp liqueur of choice
Place ingredients in small ziplock bag and seal well. Place inside gallon sized ziplock with ice and salt.
Set the bag on a towel beside you on the couch and shake, flip and jiggle the bag for about 15min, until set.
