1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbs red onion; minced
1-1/2 tsp garlic; minced
1/3 cup parsley; minced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs vinegar, white
1/3 cup blue cheese; crumbled
salt and pepper; to taste
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend briefly to mix well. Pour into bottle and refrigerate.
