Ground Beef Jerky, Steak Sauce Lc-2.4/s

1 lb ground beef, ex-ex ln (7%)
1/4 cup a1 steak sauce; or your favorite
1/2 tsp salt

Mix meat with the salt for while to release the protein and make a little bit sticky so that it holds it shape. Then mix in rest of ingredients. I find it works best to just press the mixture on the tray of the dehydrater (using the solid liner) about 3/8 inch thick. This mixture is quite juice but drys well. I use a scissor to cut into pieces after it is dry.
