bread- pancake & waffle, dairy- cottage cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
6 large egg
3 tablespoon soy protein isolate
3 tablespoon butter; melted
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon oil
Put all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Heat oiled griddle until very hot. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto griddle. Brown on both sides. Serve with* Spicy Blueberry Jam.

Cottage cheese was moldy, subbed plain yogurt. Were NOT good. Maybe ok with cottage cheese.
