3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 cup Splenda, granular
1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
1 1/2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
Place the cream in a heavy saucepan and cook on low until the cream is reduced to 2 1/2 cups. Remove from heat and cool the cream to room temperature.
Combine the instant coffee powder and the artificial sweetener, then add a small amount of the whiskey, stirring to make a smooth paste.
Blend the remaining whiskey, paste, extracts, and cooled cream until smooth. Store in the refrigerator no more than 2 weeks.
Make 4 1/4 cups, or 34 1-ounce shots.
