2 tbs cheese; grated
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
In a bowl mash with a fork the cottage cheese and grated cheese. Add the dill weed, salt and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Dip raw vegetables and eat.
