3 large egg; slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup bake mix, best; /Atkins /other LC
2 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup cream, heavy
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon butter; &1
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated (~4 oz)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

&1 Original recipe called for butter extract(optional). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. The dough will be almost like cookie dough. Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden. Makes about 18 biscuits.
