Quiche, Blue Cheese Crab Lc-3.7/s

1 cup crabmeat; fresh crumbled, &1
1/4 cup blue cheese; crumbled
1 cup mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 medium scallion; chopped fine
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 large egg
1 cup cream, heavy; subbed for milk
1/2 cup Parmesan; grated
&1 OR 2 cans crabmeat
Spray a pie or quiche pan with nonstick spray. Spread crab, cheeses & onions in the prepared pan. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees 35-45 minutes, or until center is set.
Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
