egg- quiche, ethnic- mexican, sandwich- taco

5 large egg
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, ex-ln (17%)
1 pkt taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup cream, heavy
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese; shredded
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Brown ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning as directed by package. in a separate bowl add the 5 eggs and cream, mix add the prepared ground beef and cheese. bake for 55 minutes on 350 degrees. For the cheesy chicken mushroom quiche,replace 4 chicken breasts diced and add mushrooms. everything else is the same. I also guess that you can make it with breakfast sausage and or bacon. instead of the meat.
