4 ounce cream cheese
4 large egg
1/3 cup cream, heavy
1/4 cup Parmesan; grated &1
1 tablespoon chives; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cup Sargento 6 Cheese Italian Blend
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup tomato sauce; lowest carbs you can find
4 oz mozzarella cheese; shredded

&1: grate your own, canned has carbs Beat together cream cheese & eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and spices. Spray 9" dish with oil (I use cooking spray). Put 2 cups Italian cheeses (or whatever cheese you may have on hand) in dish and pour mixture over the cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
