1/2 cup parsley, fresh; chopped
2 tbs onion; minced
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic; minced
1 cup sour cream; or plain yogurt
In a small bowl mix the first 5 ingredients; fold in the sour cream or yogurt (which ever your heart desires). Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
