Cookies, Peanut Butter - Nia's Question Lc-7.4/s
dessert- cookie, nuts & seeds
2 cup peanut butter, crunchy
2 large egg
2 cup Splenda, bulk
2 teaspoon vanilla
(For the peanut butter I used Adams Natural)
Mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
