Cookies, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Lc-2.2/s
chocolate, dessert- cookie, nuts & seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter, Adams natural nosalt
3/4 cup cream, heavy
2 tsp vanilla
4 packet splenda
2 tbs soy flour
1 tsp baking powder
----Chocolate:----
1 oz bakers chocolate, unsweetened
2 tbs butter
2 tbs heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 packet splenda
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix everything but the chocolate ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Drop onto greased cookie sheet by the spoonful. Bake about 10 minutes.
Chocolate: Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate. Mix well. Add in cream, vanilla, and sugar substitute. Mix until smooth.
When cookies are done, let cool. Spread chocolate mixture over each cookie. Refrigerate 1 hour.
