bread- buns & rolls, meat- beef- ground beef

4 large egg; separated
1 pinch (2 g) salt
2 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 packet Splenda

Beat egg whites with salt til stiff. Blend egg yolks, sweetener and cottage cheese til well blended. Fold into egg white mixture. For buns. spread into 6 mounds, flatten them slightly on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 deg. for about 25 min. ======================================================================== For fried dough, drop by 1/4 cup into hot oil, so that they spread out. Brown on one side, turn and brown on other side. Drain onto brown paper bag. Sprinkle with mixture of sweetener and cinnamon. Yummy!
