Cheese 'burger, Onion Lc-4.1/s
dairy- cheese, meat- beef- ground beef, veg- onion
1 package onion soup mix; Lipton
2 lb ground beef, ex-ln (17%)
4 slice American cheese
8 slice bacon
Place ground beef in bowl. Add onion soup mix; mix well. Divide mixture into four burgers.
Fry or grill until juice is no longer pink, or the middle is no longer pink (I don't always trust the juice color). When almost done, place cheese on top and let it melt.
Serve with vegetables or fried pork skins
