1 cup oysters
1 cup ale
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion; minced
1 medium green bell peppers; chopped
1 dash (.2 g) paprika; to taste
1 dash pepper; to taste

Melt the butter and cheese in a double boiler, stirring well. Add the onion, pepper, Worcestershire, ale, mustard and seasonings, and finally the oysters. Stir until the mixture is smooth and thick. Server over faux-rice.
