Quiche, Cheese'burger Lc-4.2/s
dairy- cheese, egg- quiche, meat- beef- ground beef
1 pound ground beef, ex-ln (17%); cooked, drained
6 large egg
5 slice (.75 oz) cheese, American
1/2 cup cream, heavy
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan; grated
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 dash pepper; to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs, cream, and Parmesan. Pour in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add ground beef and top with sliced cheese. Sprinkle spices over it and bake for 35-38 minutes.
(I used Cheddar instead and it still came out really good.)
