Mayonnaise, Olive Oil, Sissy's Lc-0.5/s

condiment- mayonnaise, fruit- olive, oils, sauce

1 large egg
4 tablespoon vinegar, cider; /vinegar of choice
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt; .5-1
1 cup oil, olive

Add egg, vinegar and salt to blender and mix for a few seconds on low, then very slowly add olive oil until it is the texture you like. I like a very soft and tart mayonnaise and used more vinegar than recipe I started with called for. If I remember, original recipe called for 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar and regular salad oil. If you still find olive oil to strong, maybe the lighter olive oils would work better for you. I used to love this for salads but that was before I discovered bleu cheese dressing! I never could get past the smell to try bleu cheese but found that bleu cheese dressing was a whole different thing!
