Breakfast Shakes

8 ounces nonfat yogurt; any flavor
1 medium banana; frozen, cut
1/2 cup peaches; fresh or frozen
2 teaspoons honey

Combine the yogurt, frozen banana, peaches, and honey in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth. (Per serving: 132.7 calories; 0.4 g fat; 0.2 g saturated fat).
