1/2 lb mushrooms, fresh; including stems
1 large egg; slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp mustard, dry
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 lb ground chuck
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup onion; minced
1/4 cup green bell pepper; minced

In a food processor, mince the mushrooms until very fine. Set aside. In a large bowl combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper. Add meat, mushrooms, cottage cheese, onion, and green pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before removing from pan to serve.
