5 large egg
1 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
5 packet splenda
1/2 tsp almond extract; / vanilla/any extract
1 dash (4 g) nutmeg; /cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whip all ingredients (except spices) in a blender, pour batter in baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Place dish in a larger baking pan filled with water (a moat). Bake 40 minutes or until set.
