Bexar Chili
chili, main dish
2 lb ground meat
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon chili powder
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 quart water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Brown the meat slowly in the oil. Add the tomato sauce and water, and simmer for one hour. Add the chili powder and salt and simmer for a half hour. Serve in bowls.
