Mr. Food's Smorgasburgers
hamburger, meats
2 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon ketchup
8 hamburger buns

Add the remaining ingredients except the buns; mix until well blended.
