Pinwheel Sausage Bake

1 pkg pork sausage links(12oz)
1 can sauerkraut,chopped(16oz)
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon water
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoon butter or margarine,melted
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 cup cooked noodles
1. Put sausage links and water in a covered skillet; cook 5 minutes, turning frequently. 2. Uncover skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes longer, or until evenly browned. 3. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. 4. Drain sausage links; arrange them in pinwheel fashion on top of sauerkraut mixture. 5. Bake in preheated 375'F. oven 25 minutes.
