Pork Chops Nicoise

6 each pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 each tomato, chopped
2 each garlic cloves,minced
1 each green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 cup olives, black

Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops until light brown. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and basil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turn chops once. Add olives and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
