Red Meats Marinade

1/2 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white pepper ground
1 tablespoon black peppercorns crushed
1 teaspoon oregano crushed
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chianti
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chili powder
Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as a basting sauce also. Origin: the ktichen of Don Houston
