Chicken & Garden Vegetable Twist

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
2 cup corkscrew macaroni, cooked
2 cup chicken, cooked, cubed
1 teaspoon basil leaves, dried, crushed
In skillet, in hot oil, cook broccoli and carrots with basil and garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
Stir in soup, milk and cheese; add macaroni and chicken. Heat through, stirring often.
