Midwest Meatloaf With Cheese Sauce

1/2 lb velveeta cheese,cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup old fashion oats,uncooked
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Stir cheese,milk and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce.Mix remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish.Bake 40 minutes.Serve with reserved cheese sauce.Garnish as desired.
