Peanut Butter Casserole

1 lb ground round steak
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup carrots, sliced
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, large chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions - Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 F. for about 1 hour.
