Dilled Zucchini - Microwave

5 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 thick
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
1 salt and pepper to taste
Combine zucchini, chicken broth and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent. Cook on high power, stirring once, for 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with dill, season with salt and pepper, toss to combine. Serve hot. From: Syd's Cookbook.
