Bacon & Pepper Sauce

1/3 Stick butter

4 tablespoon Olive oil
1/3 pound Bacon
10 Plum tomatoes chopped
1 Green pepper diced
1/4 cup White wine
1 Red pepper diced
1 Hot pepper halved and seeded
1 Onion chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Cloves garlic chopped

Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta. 1.00
